Prior to the mortgage industry, Mark was an Engineering Recruiter for a fortune 500 company which developed his expertise in interviewing and counseling. During his tenure, he was the only recruiter in the company’s 45 year history to be the #1 Engineering Recruiter for 10 consecutive years. Mark has a BS in Computer Science and began his career developing Communications and Project Management software. During that time, he was also the General Contractor for the construction of his first home.
In his spare time, he enjoys biking, swimming, playing guitar, singing & recording original music in his studio with his 2 sons.
